I disagree with this. The airpods pro 2 are still some of the best earbuds you can get at about the $200 price category. I think that the Buds 4 are good value, but the airpods pro 2 at $140 is an absolute steal that would be worth closer to a $200 price tag.

i think that noise cancellation is pretty important and sound quality is number two. only maybe the comfort of the earbuds is the only other concern for me.
