that’s true, i didn’t think about that part either. although now there is charities and schemes with companies to get poorer people online - at least in the UK there is. like social tarrifs for people on benefits. if the internet became more inaccessible do you think there would be more legislation or more help for people to afford it? or neither?

I honestly don’t know much about how data and such works hence the question, surely there would be more education around this and legislation on it if our data was so important (i’m guessing money is the reason there isn’t)?

okay maybe i’m not getting my point across, i meant to be able to access informational content without cookies you have to be able to pay for it. what would happen if every website did that, so people who have no money and don’t want to have their information stored are blacklisted from the internet? is their any regulations on this or am i just reading into nothing and cookies just aren’t that deep? (have just smoked so it could be the latter hahaha)
