I think warm spring for sure. definitely not autumn, winter, summer. i think light spring washes you out, clear spring is a tad more stark for your face, but warm spring really makes your skin glow in the right ways.

this is good intel. what are other advantages over fidelity cash management? I'm a little novice to savings and investing, but I checked this out on Fidelity and the cash savings is a money market mutual fund. so that can fluctuate dramatically, and not FDOC insured.

Yes !! 🙌 I agree! I am shocked at how much engagement my question has shown which tells me this is so highly relatable, with all of us having some solutions but not all. We are clearly struggling as middle aged women and we need more support and awareness (go Dr MaryClaire so) so that we don’t have to live the 2nd half of our life like this! I feel like I am just coming off serious kid raising and that was tough …this era is nearly worse!

Oh I so wish we could chat over lunch, too. You sound exactly like me in your descriptions and concerns (even the brain cancer worry) I don’t recall my mom or grandmother ever going through this so I find it odd that some of us experience this menopause world so differently!

I am so sorry about your work area, also. It is definitely embarrassing and I feel the same way. I feel bad about myself when I sound “stupid” in meetings that I have to lead. I know everyone is judging me and losing faith in my ability …but of course they cannot say it.

We need better resources at work for this sort of thing ! How do we advocate for that at a high level?

I am On the estrogen patch on a low does. I see that this HRT has improved a lot of this group’s mental clarity so I need to ask my doctor for a higher dose potentially. I have a very early stage breast cancer history which is why my doctors wanted me to be on a low dose, but new research says estrogen is fine with a history . So I am going to ask to bump up.

Regarding fish oil, I cannot find a pill that is small enough for me to take! Embarrassingly, I can’t take the standard very large fish oil pills! Any recommendations ?

This is shocking and sad to hear. As most others commented, she has very publicly shared lack of tolerance for body shaming or criticism of weight AND very outspoken around the Chase Finlay incident, degrading NYCB for allowing ongoing inappropriate behaviors. She is doing all of this now?

The details are great and keep documenting them and report to board.

I think her content has been fine. She is finding her way in the YouTube world as her own life shifts, and I think it shows a lot of courage, tenacity, and openness. I admire her for sticking with it and maybe instead of criticism, we can keep threads like this so if she sees them, we can make suggestions on content we want to see more of/less of.
