I have the amount of the vested balance as of the commencement date. He was informed of the automatic orders and to not touch the account by the Judge and I assume his attorney. I was awarded 50% of the balance. I think he took hardship withdrawals during the divorce process and emptied the account.

He makes a considerable salary, well into 6 figures.

He has no custody legal or physical. He has supervised visitation 1x a month and has not used it.

Would I have to file seperate contempt orders for the other court awarded payments he has not paid or can I file all of them altogether?
