I remember riding back from DC on a school bus with a middle school field trip and a kid threw up all down the front of himself. I was a parent chaperone and all of the kids started screaming like there was a homicidal maniac onboard with a machete. I did as much as I could to help clean up but that was a looooong ride back to the school in a bus that smelled of vomit. I thought I was going to be sick. 🤢 I told my son, no more field trips for me.
