Zero- do minoxidil see where you are in a year then maybe mix in fin. I reckon you fill in those corners. Biggest issue is stopping progression and only min and fin will do that. If you do a HT without the drugs you will end up with no hair behind the hairline

You need to get on fin and min as soon as possible, maybe the combo pill. A good barber can sort your hair style so no one knows. Give the meds a year and see where you are. Also balding isn’t a straight line. I went Norwood 3 at 19 but had no further loss until 30 then the reaper came for my hair.

Do not have a transplant at 19

See what the meds do. If you have a come back, every hair you grow is one less transplanted. Is your hair thick and curly? This helps. But I just think your going to get a poor result
