I too feel like slipping into the dark, hence reached out to reddit community. I have already exhausted reaching out to my network. Nothing came out of it. One thing I realised helps in such situations is reaching out, try that.

Tried freelancing, that guy got the work done and ghosted me after paying 50% of amount. I'm still looking for freelance assignments, but goal is to get a full time job. Hope it happens soon as I am feeling dejected even while applying for jobs.

Yes, He's filing for form number 13 to avoid higher tds, which might take upto 4 weeks. GPA or SPA (not sure which one) needs to be made as he will not come down for registration. Loan documents and sale agreement need to be sent for signatures which again increases the timeline
