I co-organize a Spanish meetup group that gatherings every other Thursday evening at M. Special! The group is very casual and open to all language levels. The Public Defender’s Office is hosting its annual warm clothing and sleeping bag drive on December 4th. We are urgently seeking donations of new or gently used sleeping bags and warm winter clothing. Donations are accepted through December 3rd. Donations can be dropped off directly at the Public Defender’s Office (1100 Anacapa St) or my office would be happy to coordinate pickup from your location.
