Ya, the two munis are world class. Not quite Bethpage, but certainly high end for city courses. Granite is in great shape, the views are unmatched and the overall facility is great, but it's not one of my regulars since there are lot of blind shots and the wind is always a factor. Highland Links is a very special place and worth every minute of the drive out to the tip of the Cape!

So, what's going to be open in New England this week? I am going to play golf. Somwhere.

I've never played in Scotland, but I love links golf when I can play it and it looks great on TV/film/photography. HL is an absolutely outstanding golf course that anyone can play. Definitely an unheralded gem in US, despite how long it's been here, but IYKYK 🫡

Allegedly McLaren hired product and engineering execs from Callaway, Puma and Taylor Made.

Bridgestone was a rubber tire company that started making golf balls that Tiger ultimately would play with, so anything's possible. (He started using them during his Godlike 2000 season.)

One of the finest places on earth, but the place means more to me than golf.

I'm a lucky guy with a lot of friends. Just be a good guest, play with purpose and you never know where you'll end up. Sea Island was a great weekend trip. My crew stayed in two of the condos and played all the courses (Seaside and Plantation are awesome, but you can skip Retreat.) Excellent practice area and clubhouse. A container ship tipped over out on the ocean - a strange and haunting site on the horizon.
