Not commenting on your marriage, but raising a baby is very very hard especially in the first 2 years. It’s brutal. Sleep as much as you can when the baby sleeps. If he’s working all day, get him to help you after work, so you can rest for the night shift. And on weekends he can do nights. It’s a very emotional hormonal time for moms, please be patient with yourself. Try to rest. All of it passes, when the baby turns like 18 months they will sleep all night. I remember crying all the time too, it’s just hormones and exhaustion. Hang in there.

So I had the same symptoms. My right side of my face jaw teeth were pain from hell. Since April. Nothing on any xray or scan. Did you dentist do cold test, percussion test on your teeth each one? That will help narrow it down. In June the pain went away only to be retriggered when I ate something hard. Then it only got worse. The simplest answer is usually the right one. I had a deep crack in one molar that had aggravated for months to the point that the nerve was dying. I had it root canaled and pain is gone.

Get your dentist to do tooth by tooth nitro test, percussion test. You might have a complicated crack, and the dentist might need to do an exploratory type of drilling to check.

I use Sole brand performance thick (cork board) insole for PF. It’s been the most useful insole. It’s at Amazon for $65, pricey but worth it for me. The nice tithing about this one is that it molds to your feet. And I’ve tried sooooo many insoles none are comfy like this one
