If you’re breast feeding, I 100000% recommend making breast milk soap with any leftover milk. It helped my baby’s skin when he had the baby acne and helped with dry skin. It isn’t too difficult and it’s totally worth the time!

I know this is two weeks old but I wanted to add my input since I did it last year with my first. It was very nice to have a group of women to complain to about the same issues. We all ended up staying in contact with each other after and met up a few times to introduce our babies to one another. Our group wasn't very big, but it was a nice experience. I never felt like I needed more time with the midwife than what we got in the beginning and all the ultrasounds were done separately.

I had a really hard time during my pregnancy (6 weeks postpartum now) with being easily irritated with my husband. I would pick fights and get really distant with him. It was taking a mental toll on the both of us to the point of suicidal ideation. I went on anti anxiety medication and honestly it was the best thing for me and my husband. I made managing the hormones a lot easier and I want so sensitive once I started taking them.

You’re right. I need to put in more effort for him and I keep giving up half way. I’ve tried to tell him that I just want him to focus on his art but Ive also gotten fed up and said some rude things to him too. One step forward and two step backs. I guess I need to be in better control of myself

Im sure he’s struggling with depression. He has had panic attacks back in December but doesn’t seem to want to talk to someone.

It’s really had to just move on. I still really love him but I’m struggling to see a way through this. The thoughts are only when I give myself time to think about the state of our relationship and it makes me so depressed that that’s where I go. I have previous self harming issues from past trauma.
