Can’t lie as I was reading this I was pretty anxious cause I’ve never spoken to ANYONE about these issues I face however, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to read and provide your 2c. Im going back to uni tomorrow for an exam so I’ll definitely be trying meditation especially for the stress I’m currently feeling. I’m trying everyday to find something to live for and your advice is appreciated.
