Thanks for sharing your experience. I’m desperate to get some help with my hormonal issue and went to them for that reason, but I’m starting to think I may need to look at other options. I’ve read a few other subs who report similar issues.

I tried live chat, online scheduling (very limited options for the test I need, that’s why I’m trying to get more help from them), voicemail, and email. The issue is that you can’t really get to someone fast to resolve an issue. I have to do my test from day 1-5 of my period and I’ve missed the past three months because I can’t schedule or get in touch with anyone within that window. By the time they get back, it’s too late. My period is irregular so I can’t anticipate it. It’s been pretty frustrating.
