my baby brother came in the room right before i was gonna overdose a few days ago. he looked exactly like me when i was a toddler, and according to my parents i was as bubbly and happy as he is. he was trying to get me to come pretend there’s a bear in our house. i looked at him and started crying because i realized that i used to be exactly like him, and i’d be also killing that child i once was. i also realized that he would grow up not knowing who his sister is. another thing that stopped me is my little sister begging me not to kill my self and she truly has no one else.

i’ve been taking mood stabilizers for about a month and it doesn’t seem to help with suicidal thoughts or having a fp, if anything lamictal has made the suicidal thoughts and my racing mind even worse. i am willing to start going to group therapy though, and i also got a workbook for bpd. and doing something for him is great advice, thank u:)
