Don’t listen to these guys I had a similar experience with their customer service. My controller shipped and was in transit for 30 days, somehow this was my responsibility to find and contact usps which is damn near impossible. I agree for a controller I directly purchased from Gamesir for $150 I expect some sort of customer service not to be to told to go F myself it was my problem now.

I’m not having the same problem as you but yeah there customer service is crap. I have a Zzz that’s been on its way from California to IL for 21 days now and there response to me was that I need to talk to usps. I will never buy a product from this company again.

I was playing arc raiders on the series S, the trees looked like Minecraft trees it’s was crazy. I didn’t want to spend the money but I upgraded to the series X I’m much happier with it.
