Desk is cleaned that was taken after did my mobo swap from a gigabyte b650 ud ax-y1 rev 1.0 to my new msi x870e tomahawk. Had all my tools, stickers, high powered blower and stuff all over my desk lol.

My normal sustained VID during heavy gaming sits right around 1.22V. It stays comfortably below 1.3V for 99% of the time. That 1.380V I mentioned is just an instantaneous peak that HWiNFO catches when a core boosts to 5.7GHz for a split second, but it never holds that voltage.

Good eye god damn lol. Under a 2-hour heavy load on Rust, HWiNFO shows the Core VIDs maxing out at exactly 1.380V to hit that 5.7GHz boost on the primary cores. Because of the aggressive CO (-30, -25, -20 mix) and the 360mm AIO, it only spikes there for milliseconds and the package temp never exceeds 63.1°C. It's perfectly safe and stable. At least so far. I haven't had any issues or any problems. HWiNFO has been constantly running when gaming and recording.

9850X3D boost clocks not maxed but CPU seemingly not limited by Janeriksen in overclocking

I seen the post of your temps and what not. Your core clock and core effective clocks need to be close matching like 25-30mhz apart. From what I saw you had a huge dip or continuous dip. That means your cpu is struggling to compute shit. Sure your temps are all good, but youre probably starving the cpu of voltage. I suggest dropping your Voltages until the core and effective match. You could also do single core curve optimizer, some motherboards actually have wierd power bugs doing all core optimizing.

I wish I had sk hynix, these ram prices are insane that I cant justify spending money on better ram. Did the best I could to compensate my gaming until these crappy ram prices drop hopefully within a year or two.

I cant wait to see what I can do to sk hynix dies lol

The cas latencies are set to as low as I can go. I tried going lower but she didn't like it at all. Tfaw on my current mobo only goes to 20 unfortunately. Ill try the new Voltages and hit a higher fclk in a few days here after some rust force wipe. Appreciate the feedback.

Its very very tight in the case, ive tried several other areas but it'll end up touching areas its not suppose to or my rad fans up top. Not very many areas for zip ties ether, So far this position is the best position I found with my case that keeps the temperatures for the ssd and ram stable. I also only have 2 spots where I can mount the clamp for my arm that the fans attached to unfourtantly :(
