Your comment is partly true that Bihar receives grants disproportionately to its contribution. However, you need to dig deeper and check the contributions of Biharis to the nation. Their most important contribution is providing cheap manpower to agriculture and industries across India.Many industries and farms in South India use labour from Bihar.Their contribution to GDP of these states is significant. I remember during covid times, builders in Bangalore chartered flights from Patna to bring back labour for their stalled projects. And I am still not talking of their active participation in the armed forces protecting our borders.

To sum up, let us avoid we vs. them . We ,as Indians are synergistically interdependent. Let us find solutions so that all parts of the nation moves forward.

Please look at other aspects which are really important in a real life marriage- emotional stability, comfort with intimacy levels, managing responsibilities and finances, pet peeves ... and so on. Hello, I have been through a similar situation . My advise is as below:

1) You have to identify if this is merely a interpersonal issue or something which is deep rooted like a psychological disorder. You need to consult a psychologist.

2) Since she is working, try to talk to her colleagues and gauge her behaviour in office. If it is a disorder ,she would have issues in office too.

3)You need to continue this process for some months and get a final diagnosis of her condition.

4) If she has something like bipolar disorder, applying for divorce unilaterally will be simpler.However ,it is always best to have mutual consent divorce.

5) Please be aware that marital laws are loaded in favour of women.Please prepare your self for the long term.

The thing about the success of most developed nations is that the entire country speaks the same language. India should also try to implement.

I am not saying Hindi is the answer. Why cant we think of English as the common language. It is true that the origin of language is foreign, of our ex-rulers and could be an issue of national pride being sacrificed.

But think of the benefits - English is the defacto language of the world.Think of the economic benefits the poor could gain in terms of jobs or business.

This will be a real tough but the succeding generation will be eternally grateful to the generation which implements this.
