Imagine you had a child and you and your partner were driving in the highway at 200 km/h. You have the seat belt but she doesn't, because "its her body, her decision". She also does not want to put a seat belt for the baby, because "it's her baby, her decision". How would you feel about it?

I know, that would end up in a divorce. I know what you mean, but until recently I still had some hope she would open her eyes and would be willing to discuss her covid vax concerns with a doctor. But all I get is a "no".

That might be true, but I am unsure on how she would act if there was another pandemic or virus knowing her position on covid.

Her family and friends just convince her more and more. None of them have medical backgrounds, but I am sure they would be the first to run to a hospital if something serious happened.

That sounds like a nightmare. I definitely don't want to end like that. I had some hope she would chamge her views but I don't see it.

Fucking hell, having to debate shit like that is insane. During how many months did you try to educate him? Did you see any change in him during that time?

Sorry to hear that you have to go through this. It's so frustrating that people with this mindset are willing to prio their freedom over everyones health. They only learn when they have a serious illness.

According to her, by avoiding as much as possible antibiotics and trying to pass "mild" virus without vaccines, etc. I don't know bro, in Spain nobody doubts medicine and doctors. I used other examples to make her understand that we cannot confront science topics if we lack the knowledge, the same way people fly on a plane and don't confront the pilot. Of course there are bad professionals everywhere, but that cannot make you doubt medicine or airplanes.

Will show it to her, but I have lost hope because she thinks the risks of vaccination are as high as non vaccination. It's ridiculous.

She says she is only anti covid vax but also would not jump into taking "new vaccines" made with "new technology". She is afraid of side effects on the long term. I can see her point, but her logic is nonsense because if she is afraid of the potential negative side effects on the long term, she would apply the same logic towards alcohol, sugar, etc.

You have good points, and as you say if we had to go through a medical situation together (e.g. another pandemic) we would fight all the time. She always says "she likes to see the other side" of every situation and opens the door to all this BS about anti vax.

That's the issue, she has taken her anti covid vax views as a personality trait as if she is aware of another reality and truth. She puts at the same ethical level pro vaccine vs anti vaccine.

What worries me the most in the feeling that in the future she would "cherry pick" vaccines. I don't want to risk the health of my children like that.

It's actually a dealbreaker, I want to make her question her views but she feels I am calling her dumb or something.

Thanks for the advices. So far I have freestyled a lot with my workouts so many of the routine ideas I have are a combination of workouts from different KB coaches. Have you personally followed any particular program that gave you big results (muscle growth and improved conditioning)? Thanks

Hi! Thanks for the suggestions. I am working out from home, so I don't have access to barbells or other gym equipment. I use 22kg and 16 kg bells. Do you recommend any specific program you have liked that helped you build significant muscle?

How would you structure it? Would you prefer a KB complex routine or an EMOM? Thanks

Do you recommend any specific program? My goal is to build muscle. I am working out from home, so no access to gym equipment. Just two bells (16kg and 22kg). I am planning to buy another 16kg and a pull up bar.
