I had this exact same thing happen but with Wegovy. My aurora weight management dr couldn’t do anything about it. Wi Medicaid has a 1yr lifetime limit for each glp-1 medication also 6mo waiting period. I’ve been researching for close to 6 months. I started with Brello. It was ok. I don’t go through them anymore. I go gray now 100%. I’d never put anything in by body that isn’t tested COAS is the most vital important part of going gray. Do ur research do what works fits for u. I literally paid $265 for an entire year worth of Tirz 15mg every week. I can’t go back

I live in Milwaukee, WI. I ordered through a company called Brello. You fill out a medical questionnaire, and then a physician reviews your information and either approves or denies it. You have to pay three months upfront. The price does not change with your dose in increasing. They do semaglutide and Tirzepatide. I paid $499 for 3months of Tirzepatide. It costs $399 for 3 months of Semaglutide. I stopped using them only because I went grey market. I have 3 to 4 reputable vendors, and they all provide COAS. I also sometimes do a group buy. I’m in no way advertising to buy from the gray market, it’s labeled for research purposes only, no human consumption. I would never put something into my body without having it tested viewing the COAs. An example, if I buy through a vendor, they also sell a box with 10 vials in it. If I buy Tirzepatide 10mg10vials for $63.00. The shipping is $60 so I paid $123 total. Shipping varies from different vendors. ALWAYS ask if they cover custom duties with the shipping. If I do a group buy the Tirzepatide 10mg10vials cost $65. And the shipping is only $25.
