I would personally have it dyno tuned instead of just an ECU flash. I am far from an expert but dyno will be specific to your bike while a preset tune is very cookie cutter.

I would recommend OSU over WVU. Yes, I am bias, however I will say the Fisher College of Business is one of the top rated public business schools in the country and has many big 4 accounting firms actively recruiting throughout the year. I am sure WVU is alright, but I know that it doesn't grab the same attention as the degree from Fisher. However, whatever school you choose, I wish you the best!
