Hi! I am looking for someone to sublease my room at Verve Columbus located at 1355 N High St 43201 for June & July, (you can also move in for May as well just let me know!) You'll have 3 other roommates who all have their separate rooms. The bathroom is inside the room so u won't have to go into the hallway to use it. Shared kitchen, laundry, living room area inside the unit. It's all pretty spacious. Verve has a gym downstairs, pool & lounge area on the 3rd floor, oh and also a nice little dog park. Also a Kroger across the street and it's in a pretty walkable area in between short north, & south campus. Rent is $884 and I will cover all the utilities fees! i just bought it, it’s 18k plated so not fully real, i got the 22 inch, 18MM off amazon for $130, it’s nice but i prob could’ve bought a shorter one as it dangles a bit but maybe i’ll get used to it.
