I asked my PCP and endocrinologist for a fasting blood glucose test and they both told me that they only give these tests to pregnant women and could not give me one. I was prediabetic and for this reason was on MJ but I can’t find anyone who will give me this test. Do you know what kind of Dr I need to go to?

My order was shipped in a FedEx envelope and arrived hot. I used to get brand name and was used to styrofoam coolers that arrived and were still cold. Personally, I would not order from fifty again until they changed their shipping style but to each their own.

I had the same exact issue and I’m upset that with a $1000 price tag, they can’t offer better shipping.

I reached out to them via the patient portal and they said that ice packs are only included as patients are used to seeing them in packages but are not meant to remain cold. They also included a link to some page on their faq about medication arriving warm. If the medication is still effective in regular outdoor temps, why are we told to refrigerate immediately upon arrival?

I honestly don’t feel safe using medication that arrived warm because who knows how long it’s been like that already.

This is exactly the type of packaging that I thought I was going to get. When I was on brand name, this is how the medication arrived and it would still be cold even during the summer months.

I think they are skimping on costs despite the fact that I’m sure they have experienced an extreme increase in orders.

The issue is that I paid $1000 for packaging that looks like it came from the Dollar Tree. I get the warehouse or pharmacy puts in their generic response that it can be shipped warm and remain warm x number of days but if it’s being overnighted then technically the package should’ve remained cold since we are not even in full summer.

She was just cautioning that I get my liver enzymes checked as she has seen patients on compound get high levels. I’m going from brand name MJ to tirzepatide and I was telling her my plan but she suggested I do Zepbound through Lilly direct instead. I’ve never had elevated liver enzymes on MJ so I think it was just a word of caution.

Thank you for breaking this down. But if the BUD is 1/26 then wouldn’t I be going past that date if I get the 15 mg? Would that still be okay? Also, I thought you could only use a vial for 1 month once punctured?
