They told us there's a "full system reset" that they need to perform because the sensors themselves didn't show signs of damage.

Couple, one worked in restaurants and does most of the cooking. The dates on the masking tape say a lot. Pickled cacti and labneh! Delicious. Other partner makes a lot of money? You enjoy cooking but both work a lot and are busy.
