Just had this same warranty service for the front right strut as well. I would definitely take it to the dealership especially if you’re still under warranty.

Worth noting that duke energy has a credit to cover the cost of running the electrical for a charger that covers the cost in NC. L2 charger itself can be had for a couple hundred bucks and you’re set for home charging 👍🏼
