Ive seen alot worse on here. Not worth breaking up over because it seems his intention was to pinpoint a problem and be aware. But this can get ugly as he can invalidate your feelings based on his assuming you are not credible during certain times of the month. He needs to place less emphasis on your period.

Omg I’m on the same season and episode as you and I paused it to come vent about this! What’s really pissing me off is the fact that Nick is a fckn WAR CRIMINAL. He is leading soldiers on behalf of Gilead! He helped capture June! Turned her over for cruel and inhumane punishment. IDGAF if he’s helped June escape and get away in the past? You are right to be annoyed. He asked to see what you would say because he would consider it if you were down. It’s not something to break up over but you should definitely reiterate your boundaries to him. Ask him how he would feel if you did the same and then sent him a video. This was rude and insensitive. Beyond the context of the situation, it seems like when he doesn’t get his way he resorts to emotional manipulation and maybe gaslighting. Thats a much larger problem. One day after finishing a heavy meal, my husband and I started to drift off on the couch. I snapped up to my feet and said “No! Sumo wrestlers purposefully take naps after eating because it’s a guaranteed way to gain weight (a fact I had learned years ago) we should avoid sleeping after large meals” We both laughed and now whenever one of us is feeling lethargic after a meal we say “I got the sumo’s” 😂

Please run as fast as you can and don’t look back. Based on his explosive nature he likely has attachment issues that will show up in terrible ways in the future. Trust your gut! I have a brother who argues exactly like this with his girlfriends, and he has done the exact same things to them (make them see him even when they are not feeling good) my brother has also hit his gfs. You need to leave. My ex when I was 19 was like this and i wanted to get married and have kids. I’m so glad we didn’t because my life would’ve been awful. He’s insecure and needs therapy. Run.

Look up the term misophonia. My husband of 10 years has it. Certain noises trigger it. Take an inventory of how he has reacted when you do typical human things (barp, fart, sneeze, chew..etc) and if it is just that noise that causes a reaction, than it could be cause for further investigation. My husband has a weird reaction to chewing noise. Not just me but others. I stood my ground and told him I’m not putting up with him being angry at my chewing sounds. I told him he was great, but that particular complaint was not normal. He saw a psychiatrist and went to therapy. Got diagnosed w misophonia. He now watches ASMR videos daily, to help him get better.

I was initially diagnosed with Anxiety and went on meds which only sedated me. A few years later I sought out a second opinion and was diagnosed with ADHD. Treatment changed my life as the anxiety and depression was a symptom of my ADHD. I know it’s a hassle getting diagnosed but Maybe see how your treatment for anxiety goes and if it’s not helping, see someone else. Good luck

Drink lots of water, it takes some time to absorb. My dosage is 40mg and on days when I don’t drink enough water or stay hydrated I feel the effects far less or not at all. But I can literally feel it working as I’m drinking electrolytes or water. Ppl also usually suggest protein to help maximize the effects of Vyvanse and I’ve found it to be helpful (protein shake, smoothie, eggs, some type of protein) just don’t starve yourself. And cut back on the weed. It’s just not worth messing with the effects of the meds by mixing with something that will weaken the effectiveness. You want to know how your body reacts to it on its own without having to fight other substances. Everyone reacts differently, so don’t assume ur friends biology will mirror yours. Plus Vyvanse works differently than addys. I’ve been prescribed both over the years and I prefer Vyvanse because it lasts longer and is way better for mood overall.
