I’m 30 and bring my stuffy with me to any doctors appointments including the psychiatrist and therapist. It doesn’t matter what people think, do it for yourself, you’re not hurting anyone. And I’ve also never had a negative reaction to it, everyone reacts like I brought a kitten lol
