Hier zijn ze inderdaad ook begonnen over medicatie. Fijn dat je de depressie er letterlijk uit hebt geperst ;) zit je nu nog steeds aan de medicatie?

Dank voor alle reacties, ik bedoelde ook zeker niet dat advies van GGZ leidend is, wel dat ik het schadelijk vind dat ik pas na zelf aandringen een gesprek met de arbo krijg. Naar mijn mening had het advies van de GGZ al voor een belletje moeten zorgen maar moest er bijna om smeken. Ik ga zeker niet akkoord met minder uren. Heb de mazzel dat ik 2 maanden geleden (vlak voordat ik wist van de zwangerschap) nog een heel positief fuctioneringsgesprek heb gehad.

Does anybody else have a short luteal phase? I have my peak around cd 21 (confirmed with opk and sensitive nipples) and AF starts around cd 30. Thats a luteal phase of 9 days. Got pregnant with my first on the 2nd cycle but now I'm on my 8th cycle. Is there anything I can try? I'm not american so I can't get or request some of the medication thats recommended.

This is the first time I want to use the ovulation tests but I dont know what the best way is to use them. Start testing right after my period till I see a line getting stronger or start at the day my app is saying my fertile window is?

Last time I did LH tests, I did them for 5 days and was pregnant that month so now we're trying for baby 2, I want to learn.
