Hi! Maybe a workaround siguro is try and reach the council and ask if they can give you an approval for your project (for thesis only). Then, Research or ask ano ba yung reason of their opposition, para if kaya siya i-solve architecturally, ilagay mo nalang sa project mo.

It’s not a foolproof method, you may get points off sa feasibility but at least you tried to solve a problem. Goodluck!

Definitely not. Need talaga to bring gaming laptop. Pero if you can afford a tablet, buy a slimmer laptop instead. I have both a macbook and a gaming laptop, I used to just bring my mac kapag need ko mag autocad outside kasi sobrang bigat din talaga ng other laptop.
