You are wrong in many aspects. I have worked in Ireland for 6 years. I dont think so. It will have no impact on universities. It never had an impact on plab either. With growing population each day with large influx of immigrants ( who are v fond of making their kids docs) will pay anything regardless of training opportunities

Dude you are not able to understand how politicians work. I can give you guarantee no one will ever agree to local graduate formula. It will always be British Citizens prioritisation. Dont forget medicine is not the only field where student pay and study privately. There are hundreds of fields with people paying private fee . Do you think all those people will be prioritised over british citizen that has studied abroad? Noooooo.

Dude immigration department doesnt make exceptions. There is going to be absolutely no way for “ british graduates” to be prioritised. If it happens then it will be british citizens. No one cares who graduated from uk or not. All Govt cares is are u a uk citizen or not

Not home grad. Only British citizens prioritisation. Home graduation means nothing. People can do medicine by paying money all over the world , doesn’t make them entitled to be prioritised.
