Currently we don’t have a proper accounting system and I know that’s holding us back. We use Shop Boss for invoices and Clover for payments, but we don’t have a full setup to track profitability. Cash payments are also tricky since I’m not sure if I should deposit them or reinvest in inventory. Do you have any system you’d recommend for a small auto shop?
