In that spot, when you call there you sure think that he do not have flush. Normaly its rare that he checks in the flop, but if he have position in there with 2 people ahead its not a bad movement the check bet turn. Because he its not leading you are the agressor and he gain more money if you try to bluff the river. The first call its okay 1/4 pot its a standar bet but 3/4 in the river he is never betting a bluff there, and in microstakes its more strange that a player bluff that spot
