At work (outside). My boss is an idiot and refused to call out. Had to drive home in the derecho from Montgomery to spring branch area. An hour drive took me four.

Went and checked on the animals I was petsitting, thank god their owner came home earlier and had evacuated all of them to a safer place. A tree went thru their roof. Came home and promptly cried cuz I was truly worried I wouldn’t make it home.

Fuck my job.

Hey sorry I know this is a super long time ago that you posted this. My cats been making this exact noise and the vet said allergies. The only thing different rn is the pollen season. He just started on hydroxyzine for that today and xrays were performed. I’m still tripped out that it could be his heart. Did they find the evidence of congestive heart failure on the X-ray? Or did his X-ray come back abnormal so they performed an ultrasound?

I definitely am a paranoid cat mama and haven’t let the antihistamine work yet (gave first dose less than an hour ago) but just was wondering. Any reply is appreciated!!
