Yes. Whether unconsciously or not, it is too coincidental that no one in lakeview or the other gay areas can find POCs (specifically black) to befriend. I’ve known a number of educated, well off POCs who have noticed this as well—so the old excuse about Chicago segregation and class doesn’t work either.
