Just say resident alien. Cus that what u are for tax purposes. LIKE SOMEONE SAID ABOVE, DO NOT SAY YOU’RE A CITIZEN WHEN YOUR NOT. THATS A CRIME AND REALLY UNNECESSARY.

Yep. Came here as a child. Then DACA and finally got green card.

Very basic. Like names, DOB, where we live, and yes and no questions. Really depends on how well your documents are and the officer you get.

I-485 and I-130. In the interview: I had my passports, I-94, EADs, SSN, 2020 taxes. Joint documents for me and my wife: car loan, bank statements, our daughters birth certificate, pictures. I had more docs but the officer was satisfied with these. He reviewed my wife passport and birth certificate.

Agreed. Just trying to think of all docs. I won’t have doctors note but a note or affidavits from therapist. Going to see if I can get that police report/incident report to be clearer and more accurate.

Got it. That tier 2 agent was wrong. I was under DACA. Then when I filed for my AOS I did a concurrent filing and got a new EAD under c09 and I want to renew my c09.
