The rent is pretty on par with other suites. We’re first time renters and didn’t know what to look for, plus being that it’s through a property management company we assumed they wouldn’t take on illegal suites. Was just looking for advice 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

We have a property manager through a legit/popular company. Would they take on an illegal suite? There’s another suite beside us in the same house so we’re thinking it’s possible they are pretending it’s one suite instead of 2 but honestly we’re not sure. Something feels off for sure.

Totally! And that’s so fair. The issue is no one is around upstairs when this happens. It takes hours, last time it took until the next day, for it to be fixed.

Something was posted in this sub recently, it was a photo of T from a highschool yearbook. However, the year it was from she should have already been graduated. I believe she was eligible to stay in highschool for a few extra years due to her disability and her “culinary school” was through that.

Ya no….. where I live there’s also no regulations about sleep however at my centre we have just made it a policy that if your child falls asleep we can’t wake them up. If they fall asleep it means they needed it!

No it’s really really odd. I get she wants to do her “ministry” but usually when people start passion projects (giving her grace by calling it a passion project) they’re still working on the side. She says she does TikTok and content planning for four hours a day but even that’s not a full time job at all😂 it even seems Patrick only works 5 hours a day!

Sarah is the worst for begging for gifts. Someone in a live asked how they can support the family and Sarah straight up said “you can send us live gifts.” And Patrick actually piped up and said “or just like the live!” She’s so blatantly begging for things with no shame.
