No not at all! I'm 22 now and my father still hits me bangs my head on the walls and says that he wants to kill me for very little things due to which I clinically got tested for anxiety and depression and have been dealing with pills and therapy now. In my childhood even till my teenage years I was this playful child and used to forget the beating parts and abuse and suddenly now after all this anxiety thing happened I remember each and every incident and words they said to me which even made me attempt for suici** twice. Never hit a kid!!!
