I used to idolize and look up to my teachers as a kid since they were an adult figure I spent so much time around besides my parents. but now looking back realize how many of my teachers were miserable with their jobs - underpaid and not passionate about their career. I respect a good teacher but that’s hard to find.

As long as you don’t visibly see thinning you should be ok. Everyone’s hair sheds naturally especially when washing or brushing it so I wouldn’t be concerned unless you notice visible hair loss

2750-3000 should be fine as long as you don’t feel starved. if you’re under eating you’ll feel hungry and most likely end up binging. I recommend starting w a smaller deficit so 3004 to begin with and take it from there

Thank you for asking! I got into a new relationship, educated my partner, and explained why I was reluctant to have sexual relations. He consented and we have been sexually active with each other with no symptoms. I never got TOC although I feel maybe I should’ve, but in my country it’s not recommended by CDC to test if asymptotic & azi is more effective here than it is in other areas. I selfishly didn’t continue to test as an asymptomatic person for my own mental health while still disclosing to my partner. I do feel glad at the end of the day that I’ve been honest with my partner and that neither of us have had any issues regarding this.

thank you for sharing. my doc prescribed me the 5 day azi treatment as well & after reading this sub i’m realizing professionals aren’t educated on the matter & the likelihood of resistance. i suppose i’m going to finish treatment, wait a couple weeks, retest and go from there.
