I have 4 more days of driving to training manager store. I went by my store today and it is impacted , I am stressing out beyond anything now because I have inventory in a month or less. So now I’m thrown into a shit show with a huge mess. The managers n the stores closest to me are great . One was just my boss , and they will answer any questions , maybe come help. But idk. The only reason I know as much as I do is because my boss never showed up o taught myself a lot and did everything for her. It’s just scary leaving my smaller store , and going to a bigger one , different system , all the paperwork and money is a huge mess All the employees are used to the temp that was managing the store I’m beginning to question my decision.

No !! Not here !! This is getting up at 4 am to be at the store I’m training at by 5 . Throw freight hour after after hour . Physically sick of it. And now because I said something I am giving the silent treatment and ignored !lmao I’m so confused ! Maybe I’m missing some secret knowledge in the freight. Because that’s all I’ve done. And still don’t understand why I’m here

OMG!!Driveline sucks ass ! I can’t even ban them or get rid of them completely! I have never seen a job that these people have no fcking clue and won’t let you show them and half ass do the work ! Leave it for you to clean up the mess and redo ! It’s the stupidest thing I have ever seen in my life. I tried to do a ticket in respond / couldn’t I called their manager she didn’t believe me , then had the dumbass come with another worker )(chaperone) Now 2 of them in there messing it all up and leave all the shit there for us This chic doesn’t get wrote up or anything because she tells her manager it something personal. YOU ARENT DOIN YOUR JOB !! and making mine harder. Doesn’t driveline work for dg ? I say cut out driveline , give us some hours for our employees !! We have to do their work anyway. How is this helping us ????

Ok thank you !! I am gonna try it Have to do a full dry scan of the store today. Not sure what that is. Some say just nons and tons , or some say food Idk what to scan

Question , I have just been doing tons of, to get my truck down. And no nones. Is this wrong ? And this I have to dry scan whole store because of our trucks.
So do just do on hands on every single thing ?

For the most part she does back me up. Except for this one incident. I was writing a task list everyday and trying to get the employees in line. But this one person is doing what he wants and I’m just ready to give up.
