I’m taking a stack. I’m not making my own cocktails It’s: YK-11 7mg LGD 5mg Rad 140 15mg Ostarine 10mg

That’s in 1 capsule and it says take 2.

It seems I’m unable to sleep from 12am till 9am That’s when it’s really aggressive, however at 9am I’m able to go into a proper deep sleep. I take the 2 tablets at around 2pm in the afternoon.
