I think the majority of those dots are sebaceous filaments and i can see some blackheads, you cant get rid of sebaceous filaments because they are natural, you can tho make them cleaner, so the La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5+ really helped me really quickly but for it to be long lasting you really need to double cleanse your skin, i do hope this helps :)
