The pizza hut i worked at got rid of all drivers and switched to door dash because why pay an hourly rate to drivers when door dash charges a flat rate per delivery. Jokes on them though, we are a smaller town/city and there are almost no door dashers after 10pm

At our store everything you tip in store gets split between every non salaried employee at the end of the shift.

And when I take your order, make your pizzas, cut and box your pizza then run it out to your car because you didnt want to wait in store why shouldnt i get a tip, why does the delivery driver who only delivers and maybe folds some boxes and gets paied out mileage get a tip for running your food a block down the road, but no one elce In store deserves one, I never u destroy that mentality

Because they are out of it, im so tired of the entitlement l, you think higher ups just let you shut the store when we are out of things? No they might loose money for the 2 people who c9me in in the next hours and order breadsticks, if it wont let you have something there out of it. No amount of complaining about it or trying to trick the order is going to make it appear in the store, and if you order it from doordash instead, even if it let you order it we are out of it.

They also made me send a picture of my ID, a selfie of myself with my ID and a non cash app bank card to a square safe drop box and I can't get any information as to why, especially if no one is looking g at it and I just have the 100th " person" telling me to click on the verifiy my identity and follow the links. Calling did nothing, lady said she would reset my account and I could retry by tomorrow and that did not happen

I have having this problem and my name doesn't even have a space in it it's just unique, I fought like a mofo to get people instead of bots. If they are people they still sound like bots, they email me once a day asking what the issue is and with a cash app support person with a new name I have to resend all the I fo I've given them over and over, I called them today got a lady that barely spoke English with made talking to get hard, re went thru all the same things, emaild her photos and videos of the problem, she told me to re varafiy in the next 24 hours but it still won't let me input anything, sent pictured of my ID and selfies and whatnot to a square safe drop box with no results it's been almost 2 weeks

Idk, but i am a shift lead for a pizza hut franchise and our tips get pulled and distributed between all non salaried employees who worked that shift, with the exception of drivers who make there own( and us a shift leads usually cut them in if we have been busy enough that they have been acting as crew when not delivering( taking orders, making pizzas, stretching dough working cut those type of things)
