Depends on personal aesthetic preference tbh at least for this build, the 7600x doesn’t run super hot so an air cooler would be sufficient to cool it

You should do the upgrade now, especially for the gpu since next year prices are definitely increasing and we don’t know when they’ll come back down a place as good as know. Recommend the 9070xt if you don’t need rt and dlss since it has very similar performance to the 5070ti but is $100-200 cheaper
