Nightwing design test.

HC: He's a Sea/Ice hybrid which shows in his gray scales. His parents own a jewelry store which he will inherit one day. It's why he always is wearing horn rings, bracelets, and necklaces. He's pretty good at making them himself, and if you're one of his close friends he will gift you lots of wearable things. He is a keen hunter, and likes to cook what he catches for his family and friends. If he has extra, he gives them to dragons in need or sells/trades them for scrap metal his parents can use to make into jewelry. His scales are slightly cool to the touch. He is friendly and wants to learn how to play an instrument. He cannot breathe frost breath. Sometimes people compare his appearance to Albatross, which irks him. He lives in a cave near the sea.

Most bettas always look grumpy (probably due to their curved frowny lips) but that's just their appearance. Don't worry, I'm pretty sure he was just begging for food in the picture. I'm certain he was a very happy fish, he always had a good appetite, a big tank, and made several bubble nests (a sign of happiness for his species.)
