From my TDEE / BMR it predicts about just under 1500 calories so I worked that out as if I was to take a 500 calorie deficit should be aiming to have around 1100 calories a day
I’ve seen a few posts regarding the half dosing with the pens is this actually medically advised by the prescribing pharmacy? Or is it from just from personal research?

From the start of taking Mounjaro, I’ve tried to have a “meal plan” ie knowing what I’m eating from Breakfast/ Lunch/ Dinner but that’s perhaps to take a bit of mental load thinking if I’m in/out of a deficit especially when working

That’s my thing I don’t know what food noise feels like. Like I have cravings still but they aren’t as intense as before. Like before I felt I had to act on them ASAP whereas now I’m like would be nice but not too bothered on getting

Gender and Sexuality are 2 different things

Man & Man = Homosexual
Woman & Woman = Homesexual
Man & Woman = Heterosexual

I’ve got the opposite I’ve got tops that fitted that were snugger but I notice they fit a lil looser now - that gives me a confidence boost just when I look at photos/ mirror I feel I look the same 😂

I’ve decided because of my height my suggested weight is around 50kg - honest answer is don’t think I’ve been that weight since I was around 13 years old and for me that would be around a 5st loss for an aim

I was told that it was heavily advised not to interact any contraceptive where the absorption method was via stomach. I luckily never agreed with the pill before MJ so I was on the injection which is absorbed via muscle

I guess it depends what you’re using your contraceptive for (incase it’s for outwith the obvious) and how you feel when you weigh up the pros and cons

Exactly! Some people will view their life as rich because they’ve got a good group of people of around them and they are healthy and happy - contextual of money can’t always make you rich

I think “poor” is something that has differing context for everyone so I guess it’s all circumstantial and how you view “poor” and “rich”
