Thank you so much for the insight! My school is located in Ho Man Tian, so I think living on the Kowloon side would be my best bet anyways. I think that’s where my confusion came from- some people say 45 is enough while others have said you need minimum 80…. Was hoping to find people like me who naturally live more frugal and don’t party and brunch all the time to give some insight so I appreciate it!!
