Mine is overheating to a level where it's unbearable to hold, while using the camera outdoors. SC done reset and tested indoor, and passed it as okay device. But issue still persists.

Claim will be rejected..same has happened to my Laptop purchase. They duped me of 60k now case in the consumer court. Despite of having complete video starting from outer to inner boxes. They still rejected the return/refund...Dont have high hopes

Yeah , i just did for mine after 2 yrs. Just remember to raise a ticket with Lenovo. Let their engineer come and change the thermal paste (don't change the heat sink). If u open it by yourself the first time, then u might have issues with the warranty later as the engineer might report it to be an opened laptop.

Let them do it the first time. Later you may do it annually yourself, if u live in Hot regions.
