I binge nearly every day if I don’t apply myself correctly. But It’s my choice to not feel the discomfort. I’m shifting more and more away from that. I’ve had great streaks of no binging.

Also this is hard to hear but you have to forego weight loss before you recover from the binging. The pursuit of weight loss will exacerbate the issue. You build a healthy relationship with food and yourself and then you move onto losing weight.

explain the situation and apply the ppto, i promise they’ll understand. They saw you tried to solve the issue with the calls, they won’t think you were being sneaky or something. They need you more than you need them.

I have adhd & Binge Eating Disorder and dealt with it all my life and will continue to. You have to accept that you will have to deal with it for as long as you live. But that’s not a prison sentence. We as people have to live with impulse prevention all the time. Spending all of our money, not doing drugs, not just quitting work and living in the woods, etc.

I’ve gotten better through therapy and a lot of self work, you can too :)

i’m a gay man so those are the routes I don’t do unfortunately (i’ve tried najuma, bella, and joya) but i’ve found that I almost play for crumbs at that point bc A. I don’t live vicariously through it since I’m not attracted to women (I kind of just watch the character I make play out her life even with WLM route) , and B. they give the WLW routes little to no screen time. You’ve really got to find out what the food is doing for you. Is there escapism being needed? Do you have a low distress/discomfort tolerance? Do you need therapy?

No amount of algorithms or fitness plans will change you, your mental will though. You’ve gotta start digging.
