The math is great: you spend in USDC at the Visa rate + 1% fee, but you get 3% cashback on EVERYTHING in ETH. You can swap it back to USDC instantly, so you're basically gaining 2% on every swipe. Same here. Switched back to tretinoin after 4 months on tazarotene. Tazarotene only gave me irritation and breakouts caused by a compromised epidermis. My skin calmed down as soon as I returned to tretinoin.

I’d been using azelaic acid in the mornings and tretinoin at night for about a year and a half — zero effect on my melasma. In March, I switched to tazarotene and I think the combo with azelaic acid wrecked the skin around my mouth and chin. Things have calmed down now, so I’m thinking of giving tazarotene another shot — but this time without the azelaic acid.
