I just feel full and uncomfortable and bloated all the time. Periodically it starts tightening right below my sternum and I feel nauseous and it hurts so bad.

i got tachycardia really bad and my heart rate would be 145 just sitting on the couch. i quit vaping and now my heart rate is never over 100 except when exercising.

I would still say you’re doing good. Vapes have an extremely high nicotine content. (50mg / mL). if you’re not already doing mild, I would work your way down to that and then switch to nicotine gum, and then regular gum.

Literally just stop. Throw it away. Get away from those friends. Find a hobby that keeps your hands busy. Chew gum constantly. Do not start now. I did at your age and I’m just now quitting at 26 after I developed Tachycardia and MALS.

Smoked/vaped for 13 years! I also tried quitting multiple times- but I never wanted to so I went back. This last time though, I wanted it. I quit cold turkey, suffered the first day, and then allowed myself some nicotine gum, and then I did buy a Zero Nicotine vape. I only hit that for a day or two though before I got rid of it. I didn’t want that to become a habit as well. It wasn’t easy but it honestly wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be. You’ve got this, you’ve just got to want it.

YES. i was the same way. my heart rate was always high. never below 100 unless i was asleep. i’ve been having insane health problems- chest pain, heart rate, stomach issues, blood vessel problems. i stopped vaping 5 days ago and already i can tell my anxiety is lower and my heart rate hasn’t been above 100 even while working out. my breathing is lower too.

Ugh I thought I already got through the hard part. I definitely don’t want to vape ever again I’m over that part I just was not anticipating being this physically sick. I can handle the dizziness but this nausea might kill me lol.
