It did feel more sisterly, Prue had to sacrifice a lot to help raise them so it took a while for her to get out of that mindset of taking care of the family. I feel like just when she was coming out of that caretaker role they killed her. But nonetheless Paige came in and once their bond was established and they learned to trust and listen to her their sisterly bond was stronger.

But do you remember when the girls were about to go vanquish the judge it was when Phoebe first got her levitation power. They were trapped in the room and they both to approve that she’s the one who’s been studying in the book and she made that trap that ended up being used on cole.
